Following the introduction of regulation by the Financial Services Authority, this is the Terms of Business that governs our relationship with regulated firms.

Terms of Business
If you're a firm directly regulated by the Financial Services Authority, don't have an account with us but would like to apply for an agency to transact business with us, please print out this registration form.

You'll need to fill in the necessary details and send the document to Scottish Provident Sales Administration team, 301 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5HN.
